First "Real" Post!

Well, this has taken me a hella of a long time for me to put together. I totally forgot about this already, AND I forgot the email account which this blog was linked to [I'm such a dumbass....].
After countless attempts I finally got it! ... I actually started to remember it as I was playing Starcraft 2 LOL

But that's not the purpose of the post today, nor this whole blog (besides, I'm a noob at starcraft.. sigh). So this is my first post, and I'd just like to show my journey from what I was as a kid in high school to what had come out of hard work which really in the end was fun.

But before photos I'll give an idea of what you'll see later on in this post. As a kid in high school I was usually that tall lanky kid... I played basketball mainly as my sport and I played centre. Sigh that wasn't fun at all being pushed around in the key by a guy who was usually a whole head taller on me and easily had 20kgs more than me ... [I was only 50kg's throughout most of high school]. It was lame...

At this stage of my life, well... health wasn't a priority and nor was playing sport really, cept for basketball which I still don't know why I play when I'm just not that coordinated for anyway :S
And for that matter, no... I wasn't that smart either. I was a lost cause LOL
For those who think "oh gee you might've been skinny but you must've been ripped!
No... I wasn't. Surprised I even have a photo of myself but here it is ... (please, hold back on the laughs, only I may laugh at myself :P)


Yep, I was definitely living a lost cause tsk tsk :P

This was all roughly when I was in Year 10 (I think 2007 or 2006?)
All I can say now is, a lot has changed! I didn't start any serious gyming until late 2010, so between 2006-2009 a good portion of my life would be in front of my computer, on the couch sleeping. Pretty useless bloke I was :/


But enough of the past. Since 2010 a lot had changed, I decided I was sick of being the lanky asian guy who would get blown away from a gust of wind. What to do? Gym! Easy :/ ? Nah not really... ._."
But to cut this post short cos I get the feeling it's too long I'll show you a picture of my progression.
(Try and forget about all the toiletries that you see in my photos :P)
Now I know it's not much compared to other's you may see. I never said myself that I was a professional at this and I'm definitely learning as I go. Real purpose of this blog is to share the mistakes which I hope beginners will take into account, and also get a good (hopefully constructive) criticism from those who have a lot of experience. 
That's all for this post though, hopefully I'll post more often and would definitely love to get some feedback :)

Starting it all up...

Lols, for trolls... don't take this seriously. It's just a blog of what I feel has taken a big part of my life, which is Fitness and Health. First post, nothing special but to make me start a blog of this are inspirations such as HanhChampion, who also has a blog (http://hanhchampion.blogspot.com/). I can honestly say I check this pretty frequently, and hopefully I'd be of some motivation for those starting off, like HanhChampion was to me.
I'll be posting something a little about me and my addiction  which lead to a healthier lifestyle in the next few days.
